Not on service but on facilities

Your kids will love it if they are of my sons age which is 3. But for me I was expecting so much more and left feeling dissapointed. I cannot grumble about the staff or service, this is good, they are friendly and helpful. However, it doesn't take very long to get around, the penguins are great but I expected to see a bigger range of animals that live by or in the water. Walking around the establishment there is a huge amount of wasted space that could be utilised to offer the visitor so much more. It took me about 30 mins in. The views from the cafe are fabulous, the toilets are great, the parking is okay but expensive and if in the height of the season you cannot get parked! The entrance fee in not expensive but compared to other attractions it doesn't offer value for money. Even if it were less expensive I would still leave feeling very dissapointed on what animals I did get to see. It could be so much better.

but good

For some reason I thought this was going to be an all day adventure. The TV adverts make it seem bigger than it is. The parking was a nightmare the day we went with half the carpark closed because of building work. Once inside, we found it all a bit small and cramped. Great to see the animals and birds but the clever advertising made it seem huge and it really isnt. The cafe is expensive too. Luckily the theatre was open down the road so we were able to go see Joe Pasquale once our 45 mins in the place was over.
