As expected
The staff know the product and its more than cycle shop, they also have a few surfing products, dvds and t shirts. It seems a bit hap hazard in the shop

Above expectations
There are bits everywhere in this shop, hanging from the walls and ceiling. The staff are relaxed people and know their stuff. You can generally get what you need to accessorise your bike.

Below expectations
There are better bike shops in the region than this one if im honest! the shop is ok but the stock choice is pretty poor! The staff are very helpful though but are hampered by the fact that the stock on display is a little small! With planet bike only 9 miles away and the ability to ride your bike outside the shop will make you want to go there!

As expected
as this is the only dedicated bike shop in Bideford, this is a place to go for accessories etc.. Whether you would get a better deal on a bike here i am not sure as there are bigger companies in the next door town.. staff are always frinedly and will do thier best to obtain what you need, if it's not in their stock
