2 Local butchers in town

Above expectations
It shows a healthy economy when a town has two local butchers. I tend to alternate between the two and avoid the supermarket meat - lets face it, Id ratehr eat locally reared meat, than some rank pre packed slab of carcas from a supermarket. These guys are real craftsmen. Its great to see the local meat being cut up infront of your eyes - u also get the exact cuts you want. The sausgaes are made daily by the butchers.

As expected
Butchers are unfortunatly dying out due to Supermarkets and their low cost meat. Mill street butchers always have a fab selection of meat available and the price is good. It is always packed which is a good sign. The beef is fab for Sunday Roast.
