Above expectations
This is a great little smoothie bar and just what Bideford needed in my opinion. They have a great range of smoothies on offer and they are all made from fresh fruit there and then in front of you.

Beyond expectations
this is the palce to go if you rea in need of a healthy boost the smoothies and juices here are amazing. anything with fresh root ginger in can't be bad the service is a little slow as stuff is made form fresh, but well worth waitung for

As expected
Not been there that long but sells energy drinks and really different type of foods.. bright friendly atmosphere including the decor and foods. Lady that owns it is really nice and cheerful.. good chillout place
