I once saw a sign outside Vinnies that promised you a very good price on something called a Vagi Breakfast! I can't remember if the table cloth was actually plastic or not but you certainly feel that it should be!

Below expectations
not really where I would chose to go. typical egg and bacon butty kind of place. must be popular with the locals as it still seems to be trading. They could do with re viving their menu and trying to keep up with the times. people are wanting to eat healthily now and this place certainly is not that!

See I LIKE the whole greasy spoon thing! A basic cafff, bit like the one in Eastenders!. Get yer fry up and a mug of tea. Beans on toast. Sandwiches. Just great! Unlike some other greasy spoon places in Bideford this one is actually CLEAN , which makes it 100% acceptable.

As expected
From outside, this seems a bit greasey spoon, but when you go in there it's fine.. do a great fry up and i know my family like grabbng breakfast there when they can.. ideal location in the High street.. fine to eat here cheap and cheerful.. not agreeing with other review.. sorry!

Well below expectations
Well all your food swims if you are in Vinnies Cafe. If you like to drink fat as part of your stable diet then vinnies is for you. But if you would like to live beyond the age of 30 then stay well clear!
