As expected
one of 3 offices in the north devon area, this office is in the same street as 4 other estate agents but manages to compete well. Privately owned so they can be very independant, the office is pretty small so can get a little cramped if you have a few people in here

Above expectations
Part of a group of 3 other branches, this is a very professional company that has great bosses. They strive to be very professional, though this office is quite small and with more than two people in may get crowded which can put buyers off going in there.. still they can always check what they are selling from thier marketing. Worth speaking to when looking to sell as competitive and give you an honest valuation on your property
