Above expectations
We ordered flowers over the phone for delivery for someone in Bideford and the customer service wegot was brilliant. Even when I phoned to let them know the person they were delivering to was out, they said no trouble we'll keep trying. You wouldn't get service like this any where else. Well done Blooms

Like the other review it is a small shop and can be easily missed, thiugh if you find it you will get a very good service. I have forgotten button holes before and they kindly made some up for me on the spot, to save me looking a ninny at a family wedding. Do interflora

As expected
Blooms is a small flower shop found on the quay in Bideford, when you are walking along the quay, don't blink, you might miss it. Great for a browse though! For a small shop they have a good selection and the service is great too.
