Above expectations

I am all for keeping it local and this shop is just that. not part of a chain, just someone who is trying to make a decent living the lady here is very helpful and always makes a point of stopping for a chat, how friendly is that, ssome other shops could learn a lot from them

As expected

I think every one i know in Biddypit who has pets, uses this shop. I guess its the staff that clinch it. The shop itself has a great location, although theres no actual shop parking, the public car park is just 100 yds away.

Above expectations

I love this shop and it has everything you need for your pets all at a very good prices. Bev who runs the shop is the nicest lady ever and will always help you with whatever you want. First stop for a pet shop!
