Beyond expectations
Quigleys is in a great location and a great place to start off in. In the summer it's nice to enjoy a drink whilst sitting outside on the table and chairs. I didn't realise this til recently, but there is a club upstairs, which is pretty good. And there is nothing wrong with Pole Dancing poles in clubs and pubs..they are rather wiiicked!

A bit of the emerald isle in Bideford. Pub and restaurant. The choice of meals is good, the quality also matches that. Watch out gets busy at weekends, special occasions - St Patricks Day etc

The irish pub supposadly on the corner of the st by the quay! The bar downstairs is nice with a huge bar area to get your drink, then upstairs there is a dancefloor area for the weekend dancers, the pole for the fit lady`s (ha he) to girate around, whats that all about!! They do soem pretty good food here but they really need to decide what they are!!

An Irish pub that is not part of a corporate chain! This pub is right on Biderofd Quay and is part of the rat run of pubs in the town. Always a great place for a bite to eat - and yes the DO do Guiness and Steak pie. Generous portions too. The pub maintains the village local atmosphere as it is a warren of nooks and crannies where you can have a pint (of Guiness) and a chat. The upstairs area doubles as a disco at the weekends - not sure about the pole dance poles up there tho lol

Why oh why do pubs feel the need to install poles on the dancefloors? Quigleys is a decent pub, downstairs you can enjoy a relaxing drink and enjoy the athmosphere and live music if it is on. Upstaires is the shot bar and the dancefloor. The last think i want to see on a night out is drunk girls gyrating around a pole. Ewww!

located on the corner of the Quay.. great pub with restuarant next door..what lets it down, small grubby disco floor upstairs with a pole for those who feel they have the need to pole dance.. not a pretty sight
