Below expectations
Well having been in there alot i do agree with the other reviews that service is not that great. The staff in there haven't always been the most helpful, and if you try to get them to price match other companies in their group, they are not interessted which has made me think, blow them.. and go elsewhere.. ie the internet and book with Eclipse Direct ( which is the same company! )

No brochures

Below expectations
Much like their shop in exeter, they always seem to run out of holiday brochures just when they are about to get to a busy period! Also they dont have enough staff on to chat about certain holiday options! I can see now why so many people book online or through the tv teletext!!
