seen hard times

Above expectations

its had a few owners over the last 10 years and thats because of the location, NOt the quality of hostelry. The food is superb, the beer is good and the staff are dead friendly too. Sad that more people dont discover this place, its a real gem, but unless people partonise it more, it will change again.

Above expectations

This pub is really great. It has a restaurant too which serves great food. It is slightly tucked away and because of this doesn't get the custom it deserves. well worth a visit if you are in the area
