lots of poor feed back from this shop money takers and money makers. no personal involvement and a bad reputation for not getting the job done on time. Best to concentrate on bringing up the young family first no time for Business

If you had to put a price tag on the value of good customer service, this place would owe me money!! The service in here is shocking! The dresses are stunning but i would much prefer to take my custom to another shop.

The shop promises much, the window display invites you. Sadly it is close dwhen it shouldnt be. They are trying to big London designer names to the area, but dont seem to be able to keep up with the customer demands. Try hard, but sometimes cant deliver

As expected
Like the other reviews have said a small business in Northam, that i looked in when i was lloking to buy for my wedding, but didn't like anything i found there. Staff were nice but maybe need to update their stock a little

Below expectations
This is a little bridal shop which used to have a pretty good reputation. They have unfortuantely messed a few of my friends around so have lost a few big deals for dresses etc! they havnt been open the two times i last went to visit for my and Nik`s use! they do have lovely stock but the service i have to say leaves alot to be desired!

Below expectations
All was well with this place untill my cousins wedding was called off a few months b4 the day. The dress was still in the design stage so no material had been cut. They were very unfriendly and insisted the full price of the dress was paid. The good thing was that 6 months later a new date was set and they could then go ahead with the dress that had already been paid for. They were only interested in the money - but the dress WAS fabulous.
