Well below expectations
This pub is now closed. I believe that is is up of sale. there are many other great pubs in torrington. check out the black horse, cavilier, royal exchange. hopefully west of england will reopen again soon.

As expected
one of many good pubs in Torry. If its a nice day you can sit outside of this pub. No food on offer the night I went, but was easy enough to find a pub that did after one drink in th eplace

As expected
It is an average pub but has a good local following, though in this part of Torrington there is alot of good pubs to choose from and this tended to be a bit on the rough side and not so family friendly.
