As expected

nice friendly landlord very clean pub with a very good reputation for old fashion pub grub with no frills. plenty of it so worth a trip out

Above expectations

This is a traditional country pub. We were made to feel really welcome. They do food too, but you wont find anything fancy, just plain English pub grub and pleant of it too. I really liked the real ales, but what would you expect from a pub thats been around for years
