Big on Space, Small on service

As expected
This is possibly the biggest innercity eletrical store I've ever seen. It says it's the biggest in britain, which is probably true. It's easily as big as your typical out of town warehouse, and sells every appliance you could possibly need.
If you like looking at shiney gadgets you probably can't afford then you'll be in heaven. Surprisingly, you'll be able to do it without being bothered constantly by staff...
..but then, when you WANT to be bothered by staff to actually buy something, they'll be SO uncommunicative and unhelpful that you'll probably conscider going somewhere else, or looking for better prices online. Which you WILL find by the way...

Rude staff

Although the store itself is pretty much out of this world I was spoken to rudely on more than one ocassion in this store and staff seem to act more like they are talking to their mates than offering customer service. As I said, the store however is marvellous and a great place to go and look at things before you buy. They are not the best on price either, but worth a browse as they do have some bargains ocassionally.

One of the biggest and best Currys Electrical Stores right in the heart of Birmingham on two levels of The Bullring. Possibly every electrical gadget you could want and although customer service isn't always the best, and there is a reliance on selling after sales cover as extra, if you know what you want and it's at a price you are happy to pay then most things are in stock for you to take home straight away.
