If you're walking through from central Brum then it is indeed a great place to start, be wartned it does get very busy on a weekend and queue's do form quite quickly outside.
but dont be put off, alot of the time most of those outside are actually smokers, and the queue tends to move quite quickly,
once inside theres a good range of drinks, but it can take some time to get served on the busy nights, but theres another level which helps to spread people out, and even a dancefloor area if you want to stay most of the night

is true here. Downstairs is typical Lloyds bar, but upstairs you could be forgiven you were in the living room. Except you don't need a mortgage for a bevvie.
Great for a warm up beer before heading down the street

This is a pretty good place to start a night out, stylish set-up, can get extremely busy on key nights or Friday's and Saturdays though, bouncers are strict and don't tolerate any trouble. Wetherspoons branded, but offers come specific to this bar, so you'll find good drinks deals more often than not.

A good bar to start your evening or to meet up but does start to get queues quite quickly, especially ono Friday or Saturday nights. Fairly good prices on food with special meal deals and drinks offers too. There's also a dancefloor and two levels for when it gets too busy.

Located on broad street in birmingham, this is a nice bar from which to start your night out. It's the kind of place you would like to meet your friends before heading off to a bigger nightclub on broadstreet. Its normally very busy during peak hours but its lovely. Highly recommended.
