They always have great live music for all tastes, Great atmosphere and never any trouble. Definitely my favorite venue. If the music is not enough the food is great, crocodile burgers i can recommend (not sure it is really crocodile!!!) and if sport is your thing you can always watch the Footie.

Certainly a sports watchers paradise if you like a decent beer and comfy sofa. They also have started live bands here on key nights which dont play all night but really add to the entertainment and atmosphere.

I love watching rugby matches here as the atmosphere is great!! Even when it's busy you still don't have to wait too long to get served at the bar and the beer is cheap too!! If you're looking for culture then this isn't the place for you.

For a big bar the food is surprisingly good.Order a kangaroo burger, they're great.

Nightlife is awesome. My mate JJ is the DJ so I can't say anything else.....

Get there for about 11.30, and stay til the cleaners turn up. It's a quality night.

Friendly bar staff as well, usually hot as well as they've got that aussie charm.....

This Walkabout is lots of fun. I went on Halloween and it was packed full of people in fancy dress…quite hilarious! The atmosphere is chilled out and fun and there aren’t any trouble makers…which is good! The music is good and you will have a fun night here!

If you go to Walkabout in the day you can try their yummy food. Theres loads to choose from and its all really nice, big portions too. The burgers are ace, the one with peppers and jalepenos is the best. They do crocodile and kangaroo steak which i wouldnt try, but its there if you fancy something different!!! Its gets pretty busy on the night, and they sometime charge on the door. The music is varied so theres usually something for everyone. Its the type of place you could stay all night or just for a quick drink.

Although in keeping with the Austalian theme of this chain bar, this particuar location does seem to have it's own character and with sofas, a balcony over looking the canal and a lower level dance floor and bar this is a good place to find yourself at the weekends. Also a great location to watch sporting events on the big screen and with live cover bands at the weekend playing great indie/pop songs you are certain of a good time.
