As expected
Overall, your experience really depends upon who cuts your hair - and as a regular customer for the past 18 months I have seen a lot of new faces!
The stylist that really stand out for me is Craig - he left for a few months to join a cruise ship but luckily for me came back (and also luckily for them because I doubt I would have gone back again to have yet ANOTHER new stylist)...he's just brilliant. He'll do any style you want and really has his finger on the pulse of modern hairstyle fashions.
The salon itself is really modern and clean and despite all the new faces, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They have top of the range equipment and even leg massagers on the chairs! They have recently expanded and opened a new Beauty Lounge within the salon, although I haven't it out yet so can't comment.
The prices are reasonable for a trendy, City-Centre based Hair Salon but beware that some of the newer stylists try and make you buy as must Redken products as possible, plus all the conditioning treaments that you can shake a stick at. If you ask for Craig then you'll avoid the Redken sales pitch!
