As expected
Nice looking pub right on the High Street. Usually pretty busy on Friday and Saturday nights with fairly loud music.
A bit of a student haunt with a loyalty card scheme and lots of young people.
Great for watching sport on the big screen. One of the only pubs I've found that shows rugby as well as footy. Nice!

Above expectations
Great place to go with a group of friends. There is a definite student feel but not intimidating, just friendly and good natured. Ideal for a place to catch up and meet people but the drinks offers are more targeted to the students with discount cards available.
