Above expectations
A lovely pub, serving a wide choice of food which is good quality and at a good price. We often visit at lunch time and the staff are always really friendly. The outside area has been refurbed and is a lovely place to sit and drink on a nice day. Would definately recommend for a nice sunny afternoon.

if its sunny and its summer...which lets face it it isnt often...then this is the place
for anyone in south birmingham wanting good country fayre not far from urban life this is the place of choice.
food was excellent, complete opposite to a chain pub and plenty of parking

Above expectations
A great little pub with lots of local character in the village of Catherine-de-Barnes in between Hampton In Arden and Solihull. Situated by the riverside and with a large garden area this is a great place to go. Inside there's traditional decor, a friendly team of staff and great pub food and drink.
