I am studying Reflexology at the moment and I believe that it a very beneficial effect on your physical and mental health as it helps to relax and de-stress you and is an extremely powerful therapy.

The website of the Association of Reflexologists says that reflexology 'has been shown to be effective for back pain, migraine, infertility, arthritis, sleep disorders, hormonal imbalances, sports injuries, digestive disorders and stress-related conditions'.

Do you agree that after a long walk or physical exercise, or a period of ill health there is nothing nicer than a relaxing foot-bath and massage?
