Excellent

Despite being a little scared of Hailsham, this place is well worth a visit. Possibly the best Indian restaurant I've been to in a while, the service here is excellent and their attention is what makes this place extra good. The food is all really fresh and portions are large. Also, the prices are extremely reasonable. As a little extra after your meal they bring you a complimentary tray of sweets which are gorgeous.

Only if you're hungry!
Clare W. says:
The food here is to die for - some of the best pasta I've had in a long time. A great place to go to for a romantic meal, as the atmosphere is lovely. I've eaten here a few times and never had a bad meal - the food is all fresh and cooked to order. Also, being close to the town centre it's a great location too.

Small but good choice
Clare W. says:
Right in the centre of Winton this branch is great to pick up on some high quality grub. I used to always shop here as you can take advantage of their 2 story car park. You can use it for free and stay there as long as you like, so it's good if you fancy a meander round the shops in Winton too (not that there's much on offer!) There's a small bakery section and quite a large choice of wines.
Asda Stores, BN23
Grim!
Clare W. says:
Avoid this place if possible! Despite being a large branch, this particular Asda is always rammed! It always seems to be 'messy' too - the clothing section is always like a jumble and most of the shelves are badly stocked. The prices are reasonable here but in all honesty, it's not worth going through the stress of trying to shop here just to save a few pennies
Langney Library, BN23
A good choice
Clare W. says:
Despite being a small library, there's a good selection of books here. There's also a few computers set up so you have internet access (although not very personal if what you're doing is private!) The only thing wrong with the library is the opening times - I'm never sure when they're open!
