knowedgeable and not too pushy... 
Got my new car from here recently. The guys know their stuff and go out of their way to help you if they can - because if it makes them a sale then that's better for everyone! Great range of new & used Fords, and it's right next door to a couple of other dealerships too so take a wander and find something for you!
