awful! 
I had one of the worst experiences of dealing with a company with IKEA - both the online team and this MK branch - unreturned phone calls, missing items, their delivery teams losing my furniture, rudeness, laziness, and a general unwillingness to put the situation right. I eventually got compensated for having to sleep on the floor for nearly two weeks because of their mistakes but I promised them I'd never shop there again and unlike IKEA, I keep my promises.
