More than trains! 
Waterloo. Couldn't escape if I wanted to. Frankly ABBA weren't trying very hard - there are several exits from Waterloo station which make 'escaping' a fairly easy operation. It also means if you're meeting a friend or following directions to somewhere that involved going "outside and turning left" then you'll probably get lost as you've no idea which "outside" they're talking about!
There's a great range of little shops inside Waterloo Station, though for one I've never got to the train station only to discover that I was missing my all-important tie - so important was my need for a tie that I couldn't wait until I got back home but that I had to buy a tie there and then. If you have ever experienced such a thing you will be delighted to know there is a Tie Rack at the station. If you haven't experienced it you may be as confused as I.

Review of London Aquarium

fish! so many fish!
This place is brilliant if you're in London and it rains! You can easily spend a couple of hours just wandering round looking at the fish - longer if you've got kids! The staff are really friendly and happy to answer questions and the bit where you can touch the stingrays in brilliant - if not a little scary... OK, very scary! Although the kids were fine with it - it was mostly the adults backing away!
The only negative is that for what it is it's a bit pricey, but I think it's one of those things that you have to do at some point!

Review of The Houses Of Parliament

See inside the place where rules are made! 
You can get tours of the Houses of Parliament if you ask very nicely, and they show you many of the exciting rooms and explain a bit of what goes on inside the famous chambers!
They're understandably a bit cagey about letting in people with Fathers 4 Justice banners at the moment...

Review of 10 Downing Street

Home of that famous big black door!
Downing Street does look very cool from the outside, and a good few years back (when John Major was PM) we were on a school trip and got let inside Downing Street to go and wait for John to come outside and meet us! Eventually he came outside to say hello, and the press set about snapping away so we ended up in all the papers and on the news it was all very exciting, my gran still has a copy. I'm not sure she would treasure it so much if it had Gordon Brown on it.
But generally speaking, nice place.

Review of British Airways London Eye

See the capital from up high!
I LOVE the London Eye! A massive wheel right on the river - they would have never got planning permission had they said it was permenant from the start! Still, thanks to it being a massive success it is still there and still attracting tourists at a rate of knots!
When I went my little brother got scared of heights and wouldn't move from the middle, bless him...
