Pleasantly surprised! 
My general opinion of the Republic stores wasn't all that great. On a whole the ones I've been into have been far too clutterd finding it dificult to actually pin point let alone see anything you like! When I shop I like thngs to jump out at me...rather than having to trawl through the rails! However I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Republic in Gloucester wasn't like this at all. The clothes are merchandised in much nicer fashion, allowing me to shop without getting frustrated.....and I actually saw loads of lovely things that I hadn't noticed before.

Review of Esporta Health & Fitness Club

Consistent Chain 
Being a member of the Esporta in Bristol for many years, I was a little dubious as to weather the high standard would be reflective throughout the chain. However I have been pleasantly surprised, most of the Esportas I have tried have been if a good quality and the one here in Gloucester is no exception (although you would expect it from the cost of membership!) Facilities are great and with it being fairly new everything is in good condition. Many people argue that the membership fee for the esporta clubs is far too expensive....they have a point!.....however in my opinion you do get what you pay for and as long as your making most of the facilities that comes with the membership you have no need to moan! The problem comes when your paying all that money and you dont use the damn thing! Another good point is that once your a member you can use any club in the country....great for people that work away as theres always one dotted around!

Excellent cars!
I recently bought my fab new car from here! (as everyone now knows coz I haven't stopped talking about it!) Really good garage, selling good range of quality motors.....and they dont rip you off! I was able to haggle (well my dad was!) as well, which shows a good fair attitude on the owners part. Recommend Highly!

Great little place for lunch on the go!
I love this place! If like me your quite a fussy eater.....( its not fussy you just know what you like!) then this place is ideal. They do a great range of sandwich fillings and you can basically pick a combination of you want...however strange!
They also offer pasta dishes and salads as well as jacket potatos....yum!

Lovely service
Being a Pub/Restaurant the layout of this place could be better! Its as if the pub section has been shoved in the corner and slighlty ignored! That said the service was great, lovely friendly staff and the food was good too......very reasonably priced!

You get what you pay for!
A little bit pricier than some places, but definitely worth paying a little bit more for a great quality cut! Atmosphere and surroundings reflect why its sometimes better to pay more!
