This place is the home of cheap drinks and cocktails, in true Wetherspoons fashion the food isn't great but the beers cheap so I'm not complaining to much!

Set just off the High Street on the corner of Barking Road this is another place thats quiet in the week but gets busy when West Ham are at home, some cheap food and drinks deals get people in during the week, no real atmosphere.

A lot of the younger community go in here, and therefore it gets a bit of a rough reputation, personally I don't mind it, think its quite nice, and good for a cheap pint on the walk home from the tube station.

Walk out of the tube station and its on your left you can't miss it, an old pub thats the heart of East Ham. Busy at weekends and on West Ham home games as its just one tube stop away.

This place is quiet in the week so its nice to see it pick up at the weekend, showing live sport obviously helps, and its only 1 tube ride, or 15 minutes walk from Upton Park so lots of West Ham fans come in here.

Nothing flash or fancy this is just a typical English pub serving honest food, a good choice of real ales and some nice lagers, that to be honest are mainly German or Belgian! Worth a visit, just a short walk from the Thames.

The food here used to be superb, the standard really seems to have dropped over the past 6 months. We used to head in here after work every few weeks and have a bite to eat, but the food got the bad we decided to go elsewhere. I hope that it gets better again cos its a really nice pub with a great vibe.

If you're looking for a quiet drink this isnt' the best place to go as the music is often a little load, however if you're lookign for a weekend boogie then head in here, a really good atmosphere, and an infectious party fever that you'll really wanna be part of.

This is tourist heaven, a very nice pub from the popular Trafalgar Square attractions, its always busy, hard to find a table and you wait ages to get served, so be prepared to stand around for a while.

These guys are so slow, it takes ages for thwm to cook your pizza, you'll wait in store for about half an hour and if you want delivery it takes about 45 minutes, hence the reason they stopped the if its not with you in half an hour its free promotion, cos it would have cost them loads.

A good pizza takeaway, also serving southern fried chicken, a great selection of toppings and spices to put on and very competitevely priced. Busy when West Ham are at home as its just up the road, so i wind all their fans up by wearing my Gunners shirt and they hate it!

This is the only place I've been to thats quieter than Arsenals home ground. The fans seem to think its a chore to watch this lot, and to be honest the team aren't exactly inspiring. A small stadium on the side of the Thames, that somehow wuill be showing Premier League football next year.
