Don't even bother 
For a city clinic you would expect a reasonable level of service? Disappointed does not go very far in describing the experience here. I have had my appointment rescheduled three times due to faulty equipment. On one of these occasions nobody even bothered to inform me until I was sat in the waiting room expressing my nerves of the laser. Fourth time in, at 10:28 on the morning of my re-re-re scheduled appointment I call both numbers to confirm and get an Orange answerphone...... Laserclear should be re-named Stayclear. You have been warned.
