Review of Camden Kitchen

Place for lunch with a mate 3*

Not formal business lunch territory but ok for what it is. I think their eggs benedict is good, nice chips too and I rated the pasta I had here for lunch (with a mate) the other day. The service can be erratic, young waiting staff not always that focused on what the customer needs or the job in hand, but they're always nice enough.

I like the window tables best. Reckon you can book if you want to but not usually necessary.

Best thing about where I live Broadway Market, Columbia Road, Victoria Park and my studio, great pubs it's not as up itself as Hoxton
Worst thing about where I live No one can ever find my flat without being guided in like an air hostess piloting a 747 over the alps in a 70s disaster movie

More about me A painter into objects, words and buildings. Sensible dayjob, doing corporate words and pictures, necessitated by the scarcity of rich art patrons. Into recycling and making things grow.
