Best radio station in London, Lisa has complemented Johnny and the playlist actually rotates. good comps and interesting chats. LOVE IT!
The past few years it didnt know where it fitted in trying to beat heart or magic, but now it stands above them and competes and beats radio one. tune into 958!

McWags 
Waggy M's are becoming the new McDonalds. Theyre showing up all over the place with the same balnd menu. You know exactly what you'll get from the menu and you've probably already decided what you want before you sit down
if youre a wagamama virgni, check it out, but dont expect too much.
This particular branch is situated below ground. Queues get long at lunch time so get there early.
Staff are friendly and service is quick.

A near miss 
When it started, this place was great. You could get a pitch, play for an hour then leave, or sign up for a league and play shorter games.
But the prices went up, the turf got worn away, the pitches are small, the refs are inconsistant and tend to ruin games and its too expensive.
they have a bar to watch the football on the big screen which is a bonus, but poor seating makes it almost impossible to find somewhere suitable to watch it in the bar area.

Dim Scrummy! 
Going here at lunch and getting a proper Dim Sum is a real treat! The place may look terrible with paper table cloths and terrible decor, but dont let that put you off. The food is fantastic.
You'll have to be brave ordering stuff if its your first time, but you can see exactly what youre getting.
I reccomend the noodle soup and dumplings.
Its not too expensive either

coal-lossal pies!
The pies, toad in the hole and bangers and mash are worth a trip alone. theyre massive and very tasty!
the beer is ok and not too expensive
the pub is very small tho and not much seating, even though there is a downstairs.
find the booth right at the back on the left and have a great night there.

Good real food
A real cafe amongst a load of wanna-be's
get real cafe grub here like a proper fry up and a cuppa!
some great sarnies and lasagne here also
but save room for the banoffe pie! its the best
the prices are fair and the staff are friendly calling you "boss"!
The photos on the wall also add the the cosy london atmosphere

not impressed
Sadly I have to go against the grain on this place.
Although the dressings are very tasty, I felt the food was bland. There wasnt enough even for a side salad and it was very expensive.
the queue is always massive and all the meat tastes and looks like its fallen on the floor and been stampped on.
If youre a health freak tho, check it out. Youre sure to shed a few pounds...

Shafted!
I'll never forget the good times ive had at shafts. so many great nights in the Student Union having fun.
its such a smal uni that by the end of your first year, you kow everyones name whose been in.
the music is just what you want, the atmosphere is great and the prices are just right.
Wednesday nights are the best and you should belong to a sports team to enjoy it the most. dressing up as super heroes was my favourite!!
Dont get chucked out by stone cold tho...

Plane Sailing
I flew from here a couple of times as I learnt to fly and really liked this club. With white fences all around and a nice club house, its a great way to spend the weekend.
I havent been back for a while but would reccomend if you like planes. Some great planes in the hangers as many high rollers live nearby...
