Fairly Incompetent
I've only ever bought one flat so don't really have another yardstick to measure KFH against.
However, the fact that they managed to lose my keys on the day I was due to move in (and therefore meant I had to wait for two hours outside my new pad for a locksmith to turn up) put them in my bad books.
I guess this might have just been bad luck and many people probably move successfully with them every week, but still, you know. Rubbish.

A Gem
All too easy to spend hours browsing the dusty shelves for forgotten classics. The owner is knowledgeable but is sometimes (brilliantly) reluctant to sell his precious stock.

Review of Flavas

Go for the chicken, come back for the banter
There is a group on Facebook dedicated to Flavas. I'm not sure if this is a good or a bad thing.
With regard to the place itself, it's cheap and open late. And better than the deathmongery next to Balham tube. You're pretty much guaranteed a conversation with someone while you're in there too. This is not always a good thing.

Review of Balham Bowls Club

Different
It smells of chips and the beer is too expensive but I still find myself coming back time and again. Maybe it's the friendly bar staff (the tall chap who looks like Louie Theroux is particularly nice) or perhaps the interesting selection of lagers. Maybe it's just the fact that most of the other places in Balham are either shit or stuck up. Or both.
Whatever the reason, I go to the BBC more than anywhere else in the locality and always have a great time. If that isn't worth 4 stars then I don't know what is.
Just remember to wash your clothes afterwards or you'll end up smelling like Harry Ramden.
