Amazing views, Wonderful food
This pub has recently changed hands and has been transformed. The position slap bang in the middle of Minchinhampton common means it has great views, loads of parking and is fairly dog friendly. The food is really excellent- gastro pub, wonderful quality and a beautiful old building.

Scrummy 
This is a lovely little restaurant- perfect for lunch- they also are open for Sunday breakfast. Minch is a really beautiful village and it's the perfect place to stop for coffee and a sweet or savoury snack. Everything is beautifully presented and made by hand from local fresh and organic produce where possible I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Home Decor, Local Food, Good Plant selection
Highfield is a really nice garden centre to visit they have a large and beautiful selection of decorative items for the home and gift ideas. The centre is well laid out and everything is easy to find. They have recently opened a farm shop within the shop which stocks local speciality meats, fish and local veg.The restaurant is good rather than excellent but it's a good size with plenty of seating. The only downside is that the restaurant has no aircon and because it is mainly glass it gets boiling in the summer.

Review of Museum In The Park Stroud District Museum

Charming
This is a lovely place to visit if you want a stroll with smaller children. The museum is set on a lake with ducks and swans and although it is in the centre of town it is a pretty place to picnic. There isn't an enormous amount to see at the museum but it would be nice as part of a walk with/ picnic and feeding the ducks with toddlers.

Good, friendly hairdressers
This is a good local hairdressers with friendly staff and very reasonable prices. They stock alot of the latest hair products and as well as the obvious cuts and colour they also do wedding hair, but even if you are not a bride you can have a glass of champagne while you are getting your hair done. Definitely recommended.

Organic Cafe
Mills Cafe is one of the staples of Stroud. They are located in a pretty courtyard setting just off Neal's Yard in Stroud. They have a great range of hot lunches, sandwiches and cakes. They make their own organic houmous and stilton and walnut pate which is amazing. The coffee is excellent and they have a great wine list.

Amazing locations, great food
The Wild Duck is a beautiful pub in a lovely setting. The food is really good and the interior of the pub has lots of charm. It's always packed at the weekends so it would be advisable to book if you want to eat. There is a pretty garden which is lovely for a few beers in the summer.

Great Pub, Excellent food
Tipputs is a really nice pub in a beautifully renovated old building. The food is really good, and the atmosphere is relaxed but quite smart. There is a separate restaurant area and always a good variety of specials. The steaks and seafood are particularly good and they have a great wine list.

Beautiful Clothes
My Fair Lady stocks exceptionally beautiful clothes if you are looking for a one-off special occasion outfit. It's not cheap but the clothes are unusual and unique, it's great for Mother of the Bride outfits. They also have a good range of footwear and accessories.
