Taxi for Becky 
Pretty good service, have only had 1 problem with them. Car arrived very late, but other than that pretty good service. Drivers cars are always clean and are usually pretty chatty. Good phone service now where you can just press 1 and they will know your address and send a car straight out.

After work on a Friday... 
When I was living in Rodbourne I would sometimes visit the pub after work on a Fri, or Sat, Sun. Always a nice atmosphere but probably not for everyone, more of a locals pub. I know the landlord and in the summer he will put on good BBQ's and get a bouncy castle in for the kids.

If you like a Pie !!
Small pub in Avening in Gloucestershire.......excellent 2 in 1 pies....1 side you can have cauliflower cheese the other side vegetable or steak / or chicken....they are delicious. The pub is lovely and cosy with a nice log fire. Definately worth a visit if you can.

Footy
Been here for the footy and have to say the away end is not much to shout about....it's underneath a marquee !! Quiet a small ground but was a pretty good atmopshere. They do do some great pies etc though for you to eat before and during the game. Drove to the game and found it pretty easy to get parked. Not many pubs around the ground though for away fans.

Always enjoyable 
Great Radio station. Always up to date sport and news. Especially when we had the floodings, up to date bulletins telling you what roads to avoid, diversions etc.... Good range of music, thought St George's day music was excellent. Enjoy listening to all the presenters.

Can be good....can be bad....
Have used this service for company cabs to be booked......usually excellent service but they can have the odd day off not arriving or ringing you and telling you they are there when they aren't, can get a bit frustrating. But overall definatley a company I used if I was in London as a tourist and needed a cab quickly.

Scrummy Curry
I have been here a couple of times, and I have always had a FABULOUS meal here. Excellent choices and great Wine and Champagne !! They also did some great vegetarian choices that I can never find in any other curry houses. Just off regent street and pretty easy to find !

Amazing
Well I was taken her for dinner out.......I am not used to such 'posh' restaurants but I have to say it was fabulous. Beautiful setting also by the river.......My fav part I have to say was the cheese and pickles for afters which are served to you in a particular order of what you should eat first !! Very very impressive !

Great for Kids (and me!)
We went here for a works evening do...and I thought the place was brilliant. Great atmopshere and good food, although it is a little basic. My sister took my neice who did find it all a bit loud as they have thunderstorms but once she got used to it she loved it and wants to go back.

Before and after the Game
Well I go in here most home games before and after and have no probs. It is for home fans only though and wouldn't recommend it for away supporters. Has a big screen and smaller tv's and always has the live footy on and all the scores coming through on match day.
