Pub with excellent food 
The Oxford is the best pub in Kentish Town. The staff and clientele alike are friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The restaurant in the back offers really good food. The food is worthy of a very good restaurant (I had duck breast with fondant potatoes which I would definitely recommend) but the prices are reflective more of a pub. If you're in the area The Oxford is definitely worth a visit.

Very cheap pub
This is a nice local pub that has a very cute resident dog. Unfortunately the Angel can't seem to decide whether it's a top end pub (the crisps on offer are Kettle Chips; there are fish tanks in the floor) or a comfy local Highgate pub. Despite being a bit confused as to its identity, the Angel is nevertheless a nice place to go for a pint.

Snappy Snaps develops photos from film, and from digital cameras. The service is quick and pretty cheap, and prints are always good quality. Snappy Snaps also sells a range of average photo frames and photo albums.

Kentish town estate agents
This is a Kentish Town estate agents that has a large range of flats and hotels. The service is friendly. However, a friend who rents from them has found that they are in fact slow in fixing things and removing unwanted stuff.

Multiplex Cinema
This cinema is in an impressive building, which I believe once upon a time was the entrance to a private estate in Tufnell Park. Anyway, this cinema shows all the latest big movies, and sells the usual popcorn and nachos, which is often the only reason I go.

Travel agents
This Thomas Cook has very friendly and helpful travel agents. There is also a big selection of holiday brochures. The window display advertises the latest cheap holiday deals. The Bureau d'Exchange is very good, and the manager is lovely and always very helpful.

Cheap Thai buffet
This is a very cheap Thai buffet restaurant , take out boxes are only £3 and the eat in buffet only £6. The food is all vegetarian. Personally I'm not a fan of fake meat, but the food is mostly good. There are much better Thai restaurants in Angel, but this is great for a greasy pig out meal, and of course is a lot cheaper than other Thai restaurants.
