Charity 
There are quite a few charity shops in Eastbourne. This one is particularly good. Staff are lovely and really enjoy the work they do. I love browsing in this shop as they have a particularly good stock of books.

The White House is a very good dental practice. They offer a wide range of services as you would expect from 21st century dentist. Friendly staff, GENTLE dentists. Particular care is taken with nervous patients.

Furniture Village is a lovely store. Lots of choice in classic and contemporary furniture. Not cheap but reasonably priced and very good quality. But if you wait for their sales you can get some fantastic bargains.

Fort Fun is a good choice to amuse the children for a couple of hours, especially when the weather is not so good. Lots of different and entertaining rides to choose from.
