Great! 
ha - this was my first job as a waitress in the cafe! From what I know from working here - it's probably the biggest, independant garden centre in the area and well worth a visit. Fab cafe and huge range of plants and giftwear

Good mix 
This is one of my favourite pubs in Luton. I've always liked the fact that it's not full of kids and seems to attract an older clientel. Just lately though they seem to be trying to attract the younger market with the playlist and it seems to be more a younger persons place

Great Gym 
I've been going to this gym for nealy a year now, normally between 6pm and 7pm - it's fairly quiet at this time, so I have no problem using the equipment. The staff are very friendly and helpful

not great ! 
This used to be such a busy, buzzing place but since it was taken over, it's gone downhill. They've had problems with fighting, to the point where the police have shut it down for the night. On the nights it is open, it's pretty quiet, unless they have a special DJ on.

This Weatherspoons pub used to be a brill meeting place, as they had no music so you could actually have a conversation ! Now, they've become a Lloyds bar, suiting to what the masses want, I stay well clear. The clientel on a Fri and Sat night are mainly v young and the music is v loud !!

Good night out if you're 18 - 25
Plenty of choice with 4 rooms of different music and a chill out bar and exclusive champagne bar ! This is the main club in Bedford. Slightly out of the main high street area but worth a visit

Opened November last year, this is definately a popular haunt on the high street. Tony Dibbin is the Saturday night resident DJ and plays a great mix of songs from 80's to now.

my local shopping centre
It depends what you want really, if you just want to fly in quickly and pick something up in a rush, the Arndale is great but if you're looking to make more of a day of it, then Milton Keynes is much better. You've got the usual, Debenhams, Boots, Woolies etc and good ladies clothes shops
