Kids LOVE IT!! 
This Play Area is a great place to take kids. I have been lots of times with children of all ages from Toddlers to 11 year olds, and they always love it. It looks a little bit dingy when you go in but actually it is pretty clean and well organised. The play area is quite extensive with a great area where you can fire sponge balls at each other through 'guns'. I have eaten there several times, they do really nice food actually, and are very reasonably priced. The kids portions are pretty generous too.

Great Social Place!
This fitness centre has a great vibe to it and is quite wekk equipped for a small gym. I have been visiting this gym for a few years as my dad is a bit of a regular! The gym area is good, gets quite busy at peak times but you can always find a machine of some sort. It has a bar area where you are always guarenteed to be greated with a big smile. They also do bar snacks, paninis, Jacket potatos etc. These are always great! The bar area is available to hire for private functions.

Review of Honey Club

Good fun, worth a look!
The Honey Club is located on Brighton Beach, and is a fairly big nightclub, with a separate bar next door; The Honey Bar. The club underwent a refurb a few years ago and is pretty well-equipped. They have a separate VIP room upstairs with tables that 'hang' from the ceiling, quite cool. They also hold monthly Youth Nights, on the first Friday of every month for 13-17 year olds. My only complaint is that when the club is busy, the roof 'sweats' and it feels like its raining inside!

A bit pricey.... 
David lloyd is in a great location in Brighton Marina with free parking nearby. I have been here several times and found it to be a fairly good gym with all the necessary equipment. The best thing about David Lloyd is that it has a separate Women-Only section, which I think is a great idea! The cafe is pretty good too, slightly pricey but does great Paninis. They also hold regular classes, which are quite varied and taught by experienced instructors. I think it is a bit too expensive for what it is.

Chicken and Cheese!
Subway is a great, convenient place to go for a cheap meal on the go. I use the London Road branch quite regularly as it is easy to park nearby and very quick and easy. I tend to go for a toasted chicken with melted cheese and lots of mayo! There is rarely a queue in here, and the staff are pretty friendly.

Gift Vouchers are Great presents!
These Treatment Rooms located in central Brighton offer Gorgeous treatments of all kinds. I have been there several times for a massage and it was fantastic. The individual treatment rooms are well-equiped and very relaxing, with calm music playing whilst treatments take place. They also have gift vouchers which make great presents as they come in little gift boxes!!

Wonderful !
I have visited this pub on one occasion and would definately reccomend it to anyone. The ub is situated right on the river and is easily accessed by car with lots of on site parking. My friend and I went here one evening for dinner and were very impressed. The pub has a lovely Christmas feel to it with a huge open fire and lots of low beams and lanterns. They have a great selection of wines, all very reasonable. Their menu is traditional english comfort food, large pies, fish and chips etc. All piping hot. This is a great place for a chilled out, slow meal for anyone. I would definately reccomend.

Lovely setting 
This is such a great Summer-Time family pub. I remember being brought here as a child as it has a great feel to it and is really popular in the summer. The pub is very accessible and family-friendly, with a play area and large garden and lake. (Years ago they used to have boats on the lake) Their menu is quite varied, and the food always arrives fairly quickly and is always lovely. I would definately reccomend this pub to people with children or just to pop to for a meal on a nice day.

Gone right down the pan. 
I used to live in Newhaven, and my boyfriend and I used to eat here on a weekly basis. It has a nice pub atmosphere, and a large childrens play area where kids can get there faces painted and run around like loonys. Great for parents but not so good if youre trying to eat. The food used to be great, traditional pub food, quick and easy and always tasty. I have visited them twice this year (2008) and both times it was SHOCKING! In our party was 7 people and each meal came out TEN MINUTES APART, the first one taking 1 hour 15 mins to arrive. The food was TERRIBLE and we sent every single meal back. After being there for 2 hours we complained to the management who were very apologetic. I wont be returning again as this happened on two occasions.

Review of The Katarina Beefeater

Cold, tasteless food
The Katarina used to be part of the 'Beefeater' chain however it changed about 6 months ago to a Harvester. I am a great fan of Harvester but I really did not enjoy eating here on two separate occasions. Harvesters in general have a good selection of food, large potions and are quick and easy. However, this particular one was really bad. The food was vile, and arrived in dribs and drabs, most of it cold. Friends of mine realy like it here but I have had two bad meals here and wont be returning.
