A little gem 
You'd probably miss this place - it's tucked away and when you're in there you feel like you're the exclusive people in the town. You can order pretty much anything and stay there til you get kicked out. It's always busy and staff are really friendly. Not the place for dancing but definitely the place for a good intimate night out with some good mates.

Great all round pub
Yummy food, great to sit outside and a nice place to see live music. Ther4e's two floors - downstairs for the live music and outside seating area, upstairs for the more relaxed drinking sessions.

Really good restaurant
A really lovely meal - you can choose from seafood (i love the garlic prawns and the fish cakes) or there's the normal steaks etc ... it's usually really hard to get a table but well worth booking up.
