Sunny Fox and Raven 
The Fox and Raven is a great pub visit. It's set on huge premises, and because of this has a good outdoor area. The selection of beers is quite good, the food is okay, but the outdoor area is the best summer garden bar area in Chelmsford. It also looks out over fields rather than the back of another building. Great place.
