I was a little disappointed with this choippy cos I thought being coastal the fish would be really nice but they werent any different from normal chippy fish and the chips werent that fresh.

Funny Money
The people who work here seem to have no sense of humour at all. And after a few minutes of my trademark cheeky banter I had to leave cos I sensed and atmosphere. They did nothing to make me feel at ease.

This is the place to come for a cheap and cheerful haircut - they smile a lot and they do it fast but most of the time it's a reasonable result so ideal if you want a Value haircut and fast!

The irony of this place is that the bases of the pizzas arent fresh or very nice at all so the overall quality suffers. They would do well to ditch the frozen bases and actually discover the delights of dough and make fresh pizza because it's so much better.

It's All About The Sony
Sony Centre is a good place to come to be inspired because they are experts at making their kit aspirational, however I have never bought anything in here and usually leave feeling like I wished I earnt enough to afford a £2,500 LCD TV! (they do them for a grand in Currys though!).

Exclusively Sony
Unless you like having your choice restricted to one brand this is not the best place to shop - everything is Sony which covers a lot of different items but the prices are high and you feel a little bit limited. Maybe come here if you've made up your mind and are just looking for some good service.

Expensive And Smells Of The Aged
I really hate this supermarket! Sorry, but I do. The prices are stupidly high yet there isnt the choice to justify it. The interior is dated and uninspiring and I dont feel like I fit in with the much older demographic of their main customers (thats more polite than what I originally wrote). Give it a miss unless you really want to waste your pension.

If the taxi companies of Thanet were arranged by quality rather than alphabetically this one would come near the end of the list. They're slow, unreliable and a little bit too expensive. Plus their drivers seem to get annoyed when you dont leave them a tip. My tip would be to improve their service!

I beg to differ
It's a bold move, calling your pizza takeaway "Excellent Pizza Takeaway" and sadly it has backfired on this occasion. Having built up an expectation of something truly special, the reality is that it's actually nothing out of the ordinary.
OK, there was nothing intrinsically wrong with the pizza.
But was it "Excellent"?
No.
Mediocre Pizza Takeaway would have been a more accurate name.

Slightly below par
Not awful by any means but certainly slightly below the average strandard of takeaway food. Just slightly less effort in the quality of the cooking means that you're left with an empty feeling of unfulfilled frustration after eating one of these pizzas. Just a couple of cheeses short of a quatro formagio.

always seems to be shut!
I have tried to go here a couple of times and it's always shut - dont know if it's gone out of business but it doesnt look very open to me. And inside it looks skanky to say the least. Maybe it's just in need of a refurb but it's definitely put me off.

No Suit? No Point.
This is a bar exclusively for people in suits who have just come out of a bank or financial institution so they can sit on wooden benches and look down their noses at people walking past. I have been in once and didnt feel like I fitted in because of my lack of conformity and casual garb.

It was better when it was The Observatory but it's still ok since they gave it a 70s disco theme. The music isnt always 70s but it's definitely heavy on the cheese and it's just your normal towny leeds types who go in there but not as rough as some places!

Local Pub For Local People
You wont feel welcome here unless you are a local. When I walked in, it all went quiet and everyone stared at me. So I quickly left. It's small and full of old men dribbling into their pints. The smell of BO is quite strong. I wouldnt even recommend going here to use the toilet because they wont make you feel welcome.

Under Performing
It's a little disappointing in here. The bar's nicely designed and they could make more of it, but instead it's a bit tatty and feels a bit unclean when you walk in. Food is cheap - my Dad had a curry and he was really pleased with it. And you cant complain about the drinks prices. They are very reasonable. If your expectations are low you'll be pleasantly surprised. I didnt stay too long though.

No idea why they call this place Haha, because there's nothing funny about it.
The food's nice - straightforward English food with the emphasis on service and quality, and it's in a great location on the corner between Jurys Inn and the Ramada Encore hotel, with seating outside on the pavement but I've never seen anyone sitting out there - probably way too windy.
To be honest, I preferred it when it was Sam and Maxies and they did the amazing smoked meats. Now it's nothing special and the bar is probably the best part of it. No complaints about the service or the food, just unremarkable. And it certainly didnt make me want to laugh out loud.

Nice place, bad service
This is the centre of MK's famous '6pm culture' - it's the place to be seen after work and has a great selection of beers from around the world (Staropramen from Czech being my favourite) and some really nice wine (Pinot Grigo all the way). But it's not all good - the prices are excessive (OK maybe necessary to keep out the riff raff but it does vex me a bit), it takes ages to be served at the bar, even when its quiet!! And the table service is rubbish - once, we ordered houmous and pitta bread and had to ask 3 times before it didnt arrive and we were told they'd run out of houmous, Which was disappointing. But the baked camembert is to die for!!
