Fresh Italian Quality 
This is definitely a good branch of Pizza Express with a lovely interior including a really old bit of Watford wall, and a great menu including the famous Fiorentina pizza, which is one of my favourites. The salads are great and the staff are really friendly. Definitely would recommend.

A Big Mac
This is a quite large branch of MacDonalds which did not disappoint me either in the quality of the grilling or the freshness of the frying. There was plenty of places to sit and the food was delivered promptly and accurately as I waited. They were professional and competent.

Brilliant - Bring on the Salad Cart! 
Amazing value ina Harvester - every main course comes complete with unlimited amounts of tasty fresh salad and the food is so cheap it's amazing value, plus really nice interior and friendly staff who wear checked shirts which can never be a negative point. Check out their early bird menu which has 1/3 off most things on the menu. Excellent.

Very Good Indian
The previous reviewer is completely right about this place. They do a very fine curry and the staff are really helpful. I particularly like their Chicken Rogan Josh which is satisfying and very tomatoey and nice and fresh tasting. Top stuff.

African Feel
This is the bar above the Area nightclub in Watford. It's reasonably priced and full of some nice looking people which is important. Look out for the unusual toilets - very original to say the least! Nice place to party.

One of the best Italians
This is a great chain of restaurants which doesnt suffer from the usual problems of chain restaurants and has retained a genuine Italian flavour. Brilliant pizzas, pasta to die for and friendly waiters make this an ideal choice for the hungry food lover.

Classy choice in heart of Watford
This is a lovely restaurant situated in the pedestrianised heart of Watford's notorious party zone which is far nicer than the surrounding establishments! You can have a really good meal here while you watch the world go by, and be glad you're not across the road in one of the many bars.

Better Than McAverage
This is a popular McD's with shoppers in Watford being situated in the middle of the pedestrianised area of the town centre close to the Harlequin Centre. Cleanliness is excellent and the staff are helpful and professional.

Not A Kebab Place
This is a really good indian takeaway, although the name is slightly misleading because it makes you think it's a donner kebab place. This couldnt be further from the truth. I recommend the chicken tikka masala which is truly excellent.

Chinese Mallet! 
Always makes me think of the Wide Awake Club when I hear of a Chinese called Timmy but this is actually a great place to eat with a really good menu and good service, it's definitely smewehere I would consider returning to.
