The Bell Inn - Sapperton 
Very charming Cotswold pub, full of character. Great beers, fresh local produce and extensive menu. Advisable to book, especially at weekends. Lovely garden in the summer, you can even park your horse at the post in the car park!

The Trouble House 
Great food and beer pub, which is often unusual (it's normally one or the other)! Set on the Cirecncester to Tetbury road you'll need a driver ot take you to this old Coaching Inn, as it is a few miles out of Tetbury. Great food and beers. If you are visiting the area for a weekend or holiday, you must put this on your list!

What a gem of a pub, with very well kept real ales, and lovely views over the Amberley Valley. A real mix of friendly locals, where all ages seem to get on and enjoy the atmosphere. An extensive food menu The Ram is open all day, every day, and is a perfect stopping place for walkers

Proper old fashioned pub, with low ceilings, so be careful! Good food, friendly and attentive staff.Good beers, often with a guest ale from a local brewery. Remember to take cash, cheques and credit cards re not accepted.

Very good food, set the busy A46 between Stroud and Nailsworth. You probably need to book at the weekend. Sometimes the service can be slow, but it is worth the wait.

Very good gym. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness from beginner to professsional. The great thing about this place is you don't feel intimidated by anyone and the staff make you feel very welcome. So if you are thinking about joining a gym in the Stroud area, I would recomend this one.

The Bear and Staff
A very good pub with real ales, much better than those big chains. A central location in the West End and a good place to meet friends and colleagues. The beers are kept very well with a wide selection of real ales and theTimothy Taylor Landord is worth trying!
Extensive bar food available and there is a wide selection of sausages, so no excuse not to try bangers and mash.
The only thing there needs to be, is a bit ore smiling from the staff!

Snips away!
Just tucked away behind Leicester Square is a great traditional barbers shop, you don't see too many of these about and certainly not in the West End.
Only 3 chairs, but worth a visit, really friendly staff who take a pride and care in what they do. They make you feel like a customer! Best to book though.
Only trouble is they listen to Virgin Radio!!!!

If you need it.............!
We all have the odd accident over the course of our driving years, some more than most. I was in one such incident recently and these guys were fantastic.
They looked after my vehicle, were reasonably priced and kept me informed on the progress they were making.
