Review of Miracles

Celeb Spot - Premiership footballers
Miracles is one of the best cafes ever, I am prone to exageration but I am not exagerating now. It is just everything that cafes should be - with a buzzy atmosphere, fast polite service and crazy big portions. The menu is hugely varried. And you might spot an Arsenal or Chelsea player or even a member of girls aloud. Can't reccommend it enough. If you don't live in the area, get the tube to Cockfosters go for a walk round Trent Park and then have lunch in Miracles.

Review of Cock & Dragon

Wouldn't bother eating here though
This is a great pub, just up from Cockfosters station near the entrance to Trent Park. It's large with a big garden and lots of comfy seating. As well as being a pretty traditional boozer it also attempts to be a Thai restaurant too. I've only eaten here once but I thought it was pretty pricey and the staff were a bit rude. I recommend instead just ordering some prawn crackers and having a pint or two.

Review of Trent Park Cafeteria

Trent Park, a little bit of countryside for the people of London
Trent Park is a large country park at the Northern end Picadilly Line (Cockfosters) It was "built" for the people of London to be able to enjoy the countryside without needing a car to get there. It is a great place for walking, running, playing golf or horse riding. There is an animal centre with rabbits/goats/pigs etc. The Unversity of Middlesex is based here too. The cafe does a very good hot chocolate and yummy giant cookies.
