Dirt Cheap 
This is for the youngsters and high school musical lovers. I think its quite cheap clothing but high fashion and affortable. its ok for a one off top but you wont find much quality here. Lots of accessories that are again low in price and high fashion.

Beer
This place used to be ok, especially in the summer with a nice seating area out back. It seems to attract some serious drinkers and doesnt have alot of atmosphere now though. Its probably your one drink pub before moving on.

Badly made bargains
Altho this shop has rails after rails of cheap fashion clothes, its great for a quick buy for a friday night top. Its also really good for little jeans tops for summer, and its so cheap you dont expect it to last that long.

Jumble sale
This shop is like a jumble sale most of the time, with stuff thrown every where. And how does Kate Moss make her range look so good in the photos, the clothes are cheaply made and dont wash very well. But the clothes are throw away fashion and you can update your wardrobe quite often without spendng an absolute fortune. If its in fashion, its in there.

Placed on the high street in Newport and attracts a younger market. Usually there are more people outside the pub than in with only a few seats outside.

Local pub
This is very much a local pub. Its not long had new owners who have brought some new nights to the pub, good if you like your karaoke. Not that many places to park, but then it attracts mainly locals anyway.

Club
A tad young and a bit chavvy - but still a good cheap night out with great DJ's on all night and pumping music. Many a good night out. Shame about location.

Music and Curry
This is an amazing venue set in the theatre district and has a real atmosphere to it. Trouble is, its too loud, with their live acts which seem to appear most nights its pumping, which is great unless you want to go out for a nice meal and a conversation. Since the new menu I have been less impressed with the food too, which is a shame as this used to be a regular.
