Review of White heart Hotel

YUCK! 
I went for lunch at this hotel with my mum and sister, we fancied a change from the usual pub lunch and basically a change of scenery.... Well, i wish we'd have stuck to what we knew. The service was awful. we didn't get our food for 1 hr 10 mins. After asking twice where our food was and being told it was on it's way the waitress passed our table and said " oh, you still haven't got your food" 15 mins later it appears! My mum ordered mussels in white wine sauce- which was more like dirty dishwater. I had pasta in a cheese sauce- which was actually pasta in COLD white sauce, no cheese! My sister was lucky enough to have prawns in batter- swimming in fat! If we hadn't been in there so bloody long we'd have taken the time to complain but quite frankly we just wanted to get out! Oh, and the ladies toilet wall is crumbling before your very eyes!
