Reliable? 
I'm not sure irony was what Reliable Cars had in mind when they named themselves, but that's certainly the effect they created. I got a call at the time my taxi was due to arrive saying that my driver was waiting outside, but when I emerged onto the street he wasn't there. A call to the office revealed that he was on the wrong street. When he did arrive - almost five minutes late - he stunned me by asking for directions to my intended destination, despite the fact it's a tube station in Zone 2! After mumbling the name of the station to himself a few times he gave in and called the office, had a brief chat with the person there and then resorted to his GPR device. We arrived on time, but it was not the start to my day I had been hoping for.
