The best pizza and pasta in Bath 
This is my favourite Italian in Bath. It's so central with easy parking and offers traditional italian cuisine. There's a great fish pond and the service is fantatsic.

Review of Bathampton Mill

Lovely in the summer
This is my favourite summer pub. It's in a great location next to the river Avon and in the summer I love to row from Bath to Bathampton stoping for a pint or two. It's also near the canal so you can walk from Bath. They have a great menu and the interior is really fresh.

A hidden gem
Not the easiest place to find but if you want a true traditional pub this is the place. Lovely views over the Box valley and fantastic pub food, it's worth getting lost for!

Best takeaway in town 
They call this place the best takeway in town and for burgers it certainly is. A great choice and if you pick up a voucher you can get buy one get one free! They have two branches but I always prefer the one near the Theatre.

Not just Kebabs
Most people think of Marmaris for their kebabs and fries on the way home from a club but if you test out the restaurant next door you could be pleasantly surprised. They do a great value set menu and you also get a free shot at the end of the meal. The service is always very attentive and the food is good value.

Best breakfast ever
The boatmans breakfast is really something else - that's if you can manage it. The Inn is right on the canal and great for the summer. You can also reserve little sheds in the garden and get together in your own little booth. If you prefer eating on the river they also have a boat moored which acts as an extension of the restaurant. The menu is massive plus beer great, this is a guaranteed must to visit!

Don't be put off by the name
Sunda and his team are great and I always get a great cut. My girlfriend uses this place too and is always really pleased with the results.

A great village pub
The Bear offers a great menu with ever changing specials so you know you can always try something different. Some great real ales aswell as live music and regular quizzes make this a must if your in the village. Run by Chris, an ex-Bath Rugby player who are always guaranteed a warm welcome.

One of the best around
This is definately one of the best indians around. They have special set menus mid week for about a tenner and the service is always very good. Try and book a booth if you can by the window.

Bohemian feel
I love the live music, incredible range of ales and the bar billiards table. The table costs £1 a go but it's well worth it and not too many of these around. Music is especially good Sunday lunchtime and watchout for celebs too, rumour has it that Johnny Depp has been seen drinking in there!
