Starters and desserts to die for! 
I was really surprised by how nice this restaurant is judging by it's location. It's tucked away in Cathays, Cardiff's student area which is a little dingy to say the least. But i had a really good meal. For a starter i chose a theme (land, sea or air) and enjoyed a little trio of canapes. A really nice idea for the indecisive! I also had one of the best desserts of my life there, unintentionally. The cheesecake was supposed to be by all accounts the ma in attraction, but actually the honey ice cream in brandy snap basket was to die for, and i would have been happy to have had just that on its own!

You've seen one, you've seen 'em all! 
Really handy if you need to nip into nearby shops and need a tipple en route, or if you need to get over a hangover. After a few visits you'll know the menu off by heart, but always opt for the screamburger.

Review of The Woodville It's A Scream

Meeting Place
This pub has a really weird layout which makes it a bit awkward to look for someone you might be meeting. Fortunately the place is a local landmark and if you ever say to anyone i'll meet you by the Woody they will know exactly where you mean! Good downstairs bit if your club or society wants to hire it out for a bit of a do!
