super staff 
The staff here are excellent - knowledgeable and friendly, more than happy to assist with any queries but at the same time will leave you in peace to try out instruments.
Delivery was easy to organise and not too expensive (there is an extra charge for weekends or if you need them to assemble anything in your home, but I found I was better off doing it myself in any case).
