Review of Burger King
22 Apr 08, 11:37
It's a Burger King
Everything on the menu is available to eat.
They make the food fast and give you little napkins and everything.
Ketchup comes in tiny packets so you never pour too much.
It's good here!

Review of Saddler Sports Centre
22 Apr 08, 11:22
Gym needs to fix it.
As a on-off member of this gym for over four years I feel well qualified to write a review.
I've seen the gym go through many different staff and a couple of face lifts but the core of the gym remains the same.
The Gym manager is arrogant and annoying and often waltzes round the gym in a huff for some reason or another.
The gym is tolerable during the day as there is no one there, but in the evenings the gym swarms with what can only be described as idiots from the University.
The gym is wallet friendly but not sanity friendly as there are never any machines free and you end up working out with what is available.
Not the best.

Review of Fitness First

Hidden Gem
Hidden away behind Holborn station is the very spacious Fitness First Holborn.
Really friendly and helpful staff coupled with more than enough space and equipment make this one of the best gyms in central London.
Highly recommended.

Review of Nando's
10 Apr 08, 13:34
Nando-n't go here
Nando's on the Romford road offers an interesting experience to the diner.
The food is good, as you would expect with any Nando's - nothing exceptional just good grilled chicken.
The staff on the other hand seem to lack basic manners and the skill to do their jobs.
My order was taken wrongly on numerous occasions - even though I was simply pointing at a menu.
I was told that there were no hot drinks available but it turned out that the lady serving me was simply too lazy to make it.
The bouncer (yes you heard me) at the door is the nicest thing about the place, very friendly.
Nandon't go here, if you do...you've been warned.

Review of Callaghans
10 Apr 08, 13:25
Start and finish at Callaghans Bloomsbury
Right in the heart of Bloomsbury, Callaghans offers a true pub experience.
All the beers you could want are available on tap, with a well stocked spirit cabinet to boot Callaghans is a great pub to start with on a night out.
All major sporting events are screened and some not so major events such as Rugby Union.
The food menu isn't as extensive as it could be, but what they do - they do well.
I'd particularly recommend the Callaghans burger, it's the perfect tonic after a heavy night out.

Review of Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut on Southampton Row
As a restaurant that is a franchise of the biggest name in high street pizza you would expect more of this pizzeria.
The staff are rude and brash and seem to respond only to tips.
Customer service ranks behind the seemingly inexplicable desire to constantly bring out tray after tray of questionable looking pizza.
But the proof is in the pudding and I wish I could tell you that the pudding here is good. it is not.
Nothing here is good, not the food, not the coffee and especially not the customer service.

Review of Nipa Thai

Nipa Thai
Hidden away within the Royal Lancaster Hotel Nipa Thai offers a true taste of Thailand.
With friendly staff, prompt service and authentic Thai food Nipa offers everything you need for a great meal.
A brilliant view overlooking London's Hyde Park adds to the experience.
